Premiere Vendor Feature: Walter's Wedding Estates
Remember when we mentioned that there are a lot of amazing wedding venues to choose from in DFW a few weeks back? We meant it. This premiere Vendor feature owns multiple gorgeous properties, and every one of them is more than equipped to make your wedding day perfect.
They are a nationally recognized, five-time winner of The Knot Best of Weddings, and four-time winner of Wedding Wire Best of couples pick. If you haven’t already guessed who it is, I’ll give you one more hint. We’ve been tagging them on Instagram like crazy and going GAGA over the finishing touches on their new venue. Because it’s the location of our upcoming Summer Show!
Today’s Premiere Vendor Feature is Walter’s Wedding Estates. Our Summer show will be held at their newest venue, Monroe Pearson, and we couldn’t be more ecstatic!
If you are looking for the hottest wedding venue in Denton to host your nuptials, look no further. This venue can accommodate up to 350 guests and offers a variety of rental packages to meet (and exceed) your individual needs. It is located right off the downtown square, which features trendy bars, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance and centered around the iconic courthouse.
This is not only a fabulous location for your wedding, but for your wedding photos! Denton is well-known for its inspiring back-alley photo spots and hidden murals, and Monroe Pearson is also right next to the A-line rail station, which will give your wedding photos an extra urban edge if you’re into that.
This space is industrial-chic and boasts a grand foyer, private suites, a ceremony room, ballroom, lounge space, and a venue coordinator! They also threw in the wrap around patio, exposed brick walls, skylights, Edison bulb chandeliers and speakeasy style furniture. One stroll through this this venue and you’ll be eerily convinced they’ve studied your personal dream wedding Pinterest board and created a it just for you.
So obviously we love the urban vibe, but in case you are not into that we don’t want you to worry, this space is versatile. The “chic” side of industrial definitely shines through! The speakeasy furniture showcase screams class, while the antique plank wall and wood floors add warmth. The designer has topped it all off with a vintage framed photo wall of downtown Denton on a backdrop of shiplap. What a sweet tribute. After all, marriage is the beginning of a legacy right?
Walter’s definitely spared no expense and went to great lengths to cover all the bases when it comes to this new Denton venue. If you are looking to book a venue in or around Denton this one is a must see.

What is your favorite part of owning and running your business?
Being in the wedding industry is absolutely rewarding. Our favorite part is we are part of the most important days in someone’s lives. We are passionate about creating exceptional experiences and life-long memories for every single one of our couples.
