New Year's Resolution: Plan Stress-free Wedding
Grab your fiancee and kiss him at midnight, because baby, you gotta wedding to plan and by golly, you are resolving to do it without stress!
You can do it and we are here to give you 5 tips that will help make it so.
Obviously, you are getting married to someone you intend to love for the rest of your life, so let's make it about the love of your life and not the stress of one day.
Here's how:

1. Hire a Wedding Planner
We cannot stress the importance of this crucial action enough. So many people assume they cannot afford a wedding planner, when in fact it is the wedding planner's job to work within their budget. And that includes paying their fee as well.
Wedding planners will save you money. They have connections with vendors. They know who to work with and who will give you the best deals. Oftentimes, they get insider discounts and they pass those onto you. The savings they wrack up will neutralize their own cost.
A wedding planner frees up your schedule, curbs contractual complications and keeps track of your budget. They are quintessential to keeping the stress out of your planning. Plus, all the logistics are handled on the day-of, so you can truly enjoy your wedding day.
2. Manage Expectations
Sometimes Pinterest is not your friend. The day is short and you can't do everything at your wedding. Try not to get distracted by the plethora of ideas out there. This is also another good reason to hire a wedding planner so they can keep you focused, on track, and on budget.
Sit down with your sweetie and talk about the two or three things that are really important to the both of you for your wedding day. Focus on those and forget the rest. Keeping it simple will keep you sane.
3. Elope or have a Destination Wedding
Seems contradictory that doing a destination wedding would be easier and less stressful but it actually is. They are designed to cover ALL the important details. They tend to be all-inclusive with ceremony, reception, menu, minister, photographer and flowers all in one package. Not to mention the fact that your honeymoon is essentially included here as well. Then it’s also a good excuse to keep your guest list more manageable as most “acquaintances” won’t want to pay to attend a wedding in another country.
You can also elope at the local courthouse and then, if you want, you could plan a reception later. And then you are only planning half a wedding without the time crunch.
4. Schedule a Weekly Date Night
Give yourselves a chance to come together and remember why you are doing this in the first place, you love each other!
This also gives you a chance to make decisions face to face.
Make a date that is fun for the both of you so discussing the wedding will inevitably be enjoyable.
5. Make Planning A Breeze with Brideologist
